Dubai Marina

A 6,200 sq ft sky villa perched on the 68th floor of Dubai Marina's most prestigious tower. The client — a global technology entrepreneur — sought a home that embodied both the dynamism of the city and the serenity of escape.

Grand Arc responded with a composition of travertine, brushed brass, and hand-knotted silk that draws the eye from room to room, always returning to the panoramic Arabian Gulf beyond.
